#曼食慢语
这段时间虽然很多人都已经开始复工了,但是我观察了一下买菜还是有些不方便,尤其新鲜肉类老缺货。但是冷冻肉还是很容易买到的,我自己就囤了一些牛排在冷冻柜里,除了基础的煎牛排,做成中餐的吃法也很合适,用冰箱里剩下的零散蔬菜一起炒,也算是中西结合式的回锅肉了~

▋食材

牛排一块约200g,200g steak

橄榄油2大勺,2 tbsp olive oil

卷心菜4片,4 cabbage leaves

白洋葱1/4个,1/4 water onion

蒜头2瓣,2 cloves of garlic

鲜香菇1朵,1 fresh shiitake mushrooms

绿豆芽一把,a handful of green sprouts

盐,salt

黑胡椒,black pepper

生抽2大勺,2 tbsp light soy sauce

糖1/2小勺,1/2 tsp sugar

玉米淀粉1/2小勺,1/2 tsp corn starch
